**Job Summary**
Develops and administers academic and co-curricular programs by designing program plans, facilitating partnerships, negotiating contracts and program funding, solving related problems and evaluating and redesigning programs. Manages student leaders, collaborates with departments and campus partners to execute student run programming.
Essential Functions
1.Plans, develops and supports new and existing programs and events to meet identified needs of the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute.
2.Coordinates academic and student programs, strategic direction, marketing goal achievement and product delivery.
3.Develops and administers unit budget including educational and research funding.
4.Directs and supervises student leaders by onboarding, training, establishing goals and evaluating performance.
5.Assesses the past performance of academic and student programs though data collections, reporting and program evaluations.
6.Plans, schedules and supports Institute offerings and events.
7.May be required to fulfill University or department event, data management & operational assignments.

**Minimum Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in a related area plus three years of experience in budget, grant and program management or equivalency required. Develops and implements program ideas into successful academic and student programs; demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.
