**The Role**

HRA Participant Analyst will work closely with the HRA Manager, HRA Analystsand HRA Specialists as an HRA participant Subject Matter Expert to track and provide SME level support to the resolution of participant experience issues.

+ Critical Thinking: Must have excellent critical thinking skills that will allow them to recognize the critical elements of a participant issue, identify a clear path forward, recommend appropriate actions for resolution, and communicate the resolution to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g. data team, Customer Support, TPA, etc.).

+ Subject Matter Expertise level support: Work closely with the customer service team and other internal teams to identify and resolve unusually challenging participant-facing issues.

+ HRA Chat Support (Hours of Chat 6AM-6PM): using SME expertise to answer HRA Support Chat questions for internal teams.

+ Systemic Concern Identification: Work closely with the HRA manger in identifying and diagnosing systemic concerns within the HRA qualification and claims payment processes.

+ Participant Services: Manage, track, and resolve issues from start to finish within the established service level agreements. Provide updates and a final summary to the appropriate parties.

+ Trend Gathering: Provide data to the HRA Manager to assist in identifying trends in HRA-related escalations including a weekly summary of issues identified.

+ Special Projects: working any special projects identified by the HRA Manager

**The Requirements**

+ 2-4 year college degree or practical experience in a related area managing tasks with multiple stakeholders

+ Must be able to read at a college level.

+ SME level knowledge of HRA plan designs, TPA functioning, call center workflow, participant escalation issues, and service agreements between OneExchange employers and vendors.

+ Willingness to ask questions and learn from feedback

+ Working knowledge of service center operations and the data systems

+ Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to understand internal process and workflow

+ Strong experience in customer service

+ Personable with the ability to communicate positively with participants and service center staff

+ Ability to keep detailed and organized records

+ Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

+ Must be comfortable using multiple software programs/tools including Oracle Service Cloud, JIRA, and Microsoft Excel.

+ Works well with other team members

+ Flexibility to work various hours, schedule may vary from day to day

+ Ability to work overtime as needed

+ Ability to travel as needed
