**Job Summary**

This helps prepare apartments for occupancy at University Student Apartments and assists with Trades crew duties.

**Responsibilities**

Duties of this position may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Will be assigned to work with trades persons on specific assignments.

- May be assigned to clean mechanic rooms.

- May be assigned to help with apartment filter changes.

- Other duties as assigned.
