As the Trainer you
will be responsible for conducting sales training of one of the Utah sales
locations. He/She will deliver critical/necessary Wyndham "Play To
Win" approved training and development by prescribed delivery methods to
maintain defined objectives (sales process, compliance, etc.).






+ Conducts Sales Orientationtraining sessions for all new and rehired sales representatives. Focus ison product knowledge, effective sales strategies, customer service,quality, compliance and productivity.

+ Keep Regional and Site SalesLeaders informed of progress during training and identify problem areasthrough Redline Reporting.

+ Conducts weekly trainings ofnew Sales Representatives for the first 90 days and reports training needsto Site Sales Leaders.

+ Conduct supplemental trainingsessions - travel to sales offices to provide additional training andassistance.

+ Diagnose performanceimprovement goals for individuals/groups; recommend appropriateperformance improvement and solutions such as training programs.

+ Facilitate trainingprogram/process through presenting and directing structured learning onall new and improved programs.

+ Maintain and enhanceexpertise in accordance with Site Leadership development plan



The right candidate will report directly to Director of Training
and will possess the following skills and abilities to be considered for this
position:





**Skills and Abilities:**




+ Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal required


**Qualifications:**




+ Bachelors Degree Preferred

+ 2 years Current or PreviousWyndham Sales Experience

+ President's Club WinnerPreferred

+ Previous Sales managementExperience with Wyndham Preferred

+ Must be willing to obtain aUtah Timeshare License ($100 and an application to the Real EstateDivision - No Testing Required)

+ Must be able to work Weekends




**Responsibilities:**




+ Identify opportunities relatingto, but not limited to, the training department, sales line's (, and salesprocesses.

+ Support the SpecialistPresenter team for training and compliance.

+ Responsible for SalesCompliance training and My Learning course

+ Ensure the following trainingcriteria are consistently met:

+ Ensuring Wyndham's "Play toWin" new hire training curriculum is delivered to new hires in a classroom setting.

+ Ensuring Wyndham's follow uptraining is being facilitated to new hires in a consistent class roomsetting.

+ Ensure sites are up to date onall recently approved Wyndham collateral.

+ Responsible for SalesCompliance training and My Learning course

+ Issue IPADS to all new hiresduring training week
